Upon arrival in Trivandrum [Thiruvananthapuram] Airport, our private chauffeur will meet you and transfer you to Kovalam. Check in at hotel. Rest of the day at leisure or can enjoy the sea and beach. Kovalam : Located around 16 km from Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum), Kovalam is a beach town on the Arabian Sea in Kerala. Kovalam has three crescent shaped beaches separated by rocky outcroppings. The shallow waters stretching for hundreds of metres are ideal for swimming. The beaches have steep palm covered headlands and are lined with shops that offer all kinds of goods and services. Kovalam was among the most prominent tourist spots in India during the hippy era. It still has a high status among tourists, who arrive mostly from Europe and Israel. Kovalam is finding a new significance in the light of several Ayurvedic salons, and recuperation and regeneration resorts which provide a wide variety of Ayurvedic treatments for tourists. After breakfast, proceed for a sightseeing tour of Trivandrum. Thiruvananthapuram, previously known as Trivandrum, has a tradition dating back to 1000 BC. This seaside metropolis is built on seven hills located on the western cost of India. Sightseeing tour of Thiruvananthapuram is incomplete without a visit to Padmanabhaswami Temple, Srichitra Art Gallery, Napier Museum and Zoo. Overnight in Kovalam.

After early breakfast check out and proceed to Kanyakumari (100 km - 3 hours drive). Upon arrival in Kanyakumari check into the hotel. In the afternoon, proceed for a local sightseeing tour. Kanyakumari, known for its aspirant spiritual leader Swami Vivekananda who spent days meditating upon a rock off the coast ; is located at the southern most tip of the Indian subcontinent. The site for tour near and dear to Kanyakumari is Padmanbhapuram Palace, Suchithram Temple, Devi Kanyakumari Temple, Vivekananda Memorial, Gandhidham and Trivenisagam. Visit to Kanyakumari is incomplete without Sunset and Sunrise, a magnificient spectacle one should never spoil. Enjoy the Sunset and overnight in hotel.
